I totally forgot to take a picture when I took it out of the oven because I was too focused on hungry I was. But anyway, I decided not to use chicken and followed the recipe accordingly. I’m not sure what went wrong, but it tasted kinda funky. For a baked mac n cheese, there seemed to be something off about the taste. It was too creamy and not enough cheesy. I really hate wasting food so I felt terrible for only eating half of it, but I honestly couldn’t force myself to eat the rest :/ So the next time I try this recipe, I’m not going to blend the cheese with the rest of the ingredients. Instead I think it’s better to just sprinkle the grated cheese generously throughout the pan before placing it in the oven.
Ahhh, I’m so proud of myself! I finally tried out the Ombre Frosting Tutorial that I posted about here. I made it red (well it sorta turned out pink) because it’s for one of my close friend’s 18th birthday and she loves that color. It kinda came out tilted, but I’m quite happy with it because it’s my first time ever frosting a cake by myself :D And, yes, I took the photo as well. Please don’t use the photo without my permission. Thanks!
Here’s the tutorial if you want to try it out too! It’s surprisingly simple!
